If you wish to make a bid I will require a minimum of a 10% escrow deposited in a US bank.
You will be allowed to withdraw your bid and reclaim your escrow if there are three higher bidders or
if the bidding is tied and three higher escrow amounts exist.

The auction begins with the first verified creation of an escrow account and may continue until the balance of escrow accounts exceeds the top bid.
Anyone who has a bid over $1,000,000.00 and at least $100,000.00 escrowed may request a 30 day close of bidding notice to be posted.
The winner will be determined by the highest bid with a tie breaker of the highest escrow amount at the end of the posted 30 day auction close period. The auction will extend as long as the bid and escrow amounts remain tied. You cannot escrow more than you bid. (Escrowed amount would become the bid.)
You can out right purchase CNCI.COM for a minimum of $10,000,000.00 US cash. If you don't like competition, just put your purchase offer in an escrow account in a US bank and contact me. If the auction is underway, the above rules apply.
